运用SSR分子标记技术,对选育的14个浙江光叶柿优株进行分子鉴定,确定各自的指纹图谱;采用非加权平均数聚类分析( UPGMA),以相似系数0.45进行划分,可以将14个优株归为3大类群:10、14、15、19、25、26、31、32、33、35号优株归为一类;22、34、36号优株归为一类;18号优株单独为一类.只需用DP4、DP7两对引物就能将14个优株鉴定开来.%SSR marker fingerprinting was used for indentification of 14 plus trees of Diospyros zhejiangensis in Yongkang, Zhejiang province. The results showed that the tested D. Zhejiangensis could be completely distinguished on genome by SSR markers. The 14 plus trees of D. Zhejiangensis could be divided into three groups at a coefficient of similarity of 0.45 by UPGMA, the one group of number 10,14,15,19,25,26,31,32,33,35, the second group of number 22,34,36 and third group of number 18. Two primers pairs of DP4, DP7 were sufficient to identify 14 plus trees.
