人造板吸水厚度膨胀率测定方法与影响因素研究

         

摘要

The thickness swelling rate (TSR) of wood-based panel, an important indicator for evaluating the quality of product, directly reflects the performance of waterproof and dimensional stability. In this paper, impregnated paper laminating wood floor was used as raw material with different method of GB/T 17657-1999, GB/T18102-2000 and GB/T 18102-2007 for testing effect of different specimen size, water temperature, pH and time on TSR. These factors had different impacts with different testing methods, like water temperature and time of GB/T18102-2007 had greater effect on TSR than that of GB/T 17657-1999, while specimen size had a greater impact on TSR with GB/T17657-1999.%吸水厚度膨胀率是人造板重要的质量指标,它直观地反映了人造板产品的耐水性能.采用浸渍纸层压木质地板为试材,应用GB/T17657-1999、GB/T18102-2000与GB/T 18102-2007不同试验方法,研究试件尺寸、温度与pH值、时间4个因素对测试结果的影响,结果表明:温度、pH值、试件尺寸与时间均引影响人造板吸水厚度膨胀率,但这些因素对不同方法的影响程度又有所不同,其中,温度、时间因素对于GB/T 18102-2007的影响程度要高于GB/T 17657-1999,但试件尺寸对GB/T17657-1990的影响则较大.
