脯氨酸、叶绿素含量与海岛树种抗逆性之间的关系

         

摘要

Determination of proline and chlorophyll content in 21 plant species in islands of Zhoushan, Zhejiang province, in order to evaluate drought and soltfog-resistance, etc. of these species. The results showed that tested species with lower proline content(1.0977-1.6231) and small change range(0.3742-0.6798), or higher proline content(3.0666-4.7591) and high change range(1.1729-1.7602) had strong resistance, such as Euonymus tanakae, Ligustrum japonicum, Ilex integra, etc. but species with greater change range (4.9917-9.4149) had weak resistance, like Neolitsea sericea, Syzygium buxifolium, etc. Species with strong resistance had lower chlorophyll content (0.651-1.371), but higher a/b value (4.442-5.066). The determination indicated that strong resistant species were L. japonicum, E. tanakae, I. integra, etc. These species were mainly distributed in rocky coastal area.%为了评价海岛树种抵御干旱、盐雾等逆境能力,在分布与生境调查的基础上,对21种树种进行脯氨酸和叶绿素含量测定。结果表明:脯氨酸含量均值较小(1.0977~1.6231)且波动幅度也小(0.3742~0.6798)的树种,或脯氨酸含量均值稍大(3.0666~4.7591)且波动幅度也同步增大的(1.1729~1.7602)树种,其抗逆性较强,如海岸卫矛(Euonymus tanakae)、日本女贞(Ligustrum japonicum)、全缘冬青(Ilex integra)、柃木(Eurya japonica)、普陀樟(Cinnamomum japonicum var. chenii)、海滨木槿(Hibiscus hamabo)、厚叶石斑木(Raphiolepis umbellata);但脯氨酸含量波动幅度极大(4.9917~9.4149),通常情况下抗逆性较弱,如舟山新木姜子(Neolitsea sericea)、赤楠(Syzygium buxifolium)、黄连木(Pistacia chinensis)、柯(Lithocarpus glaber)、罗浮柿(Diospyros morrisiana),同时抗逆性强的树种叶绿素含量均较低(0.651~1.371),但叶绿素a/b值高(4.442~5.066)。综合判断抗性强的树种主要有日本女贞、海岸卫矛、全缘冬青、海滨木槿、厚叶石斑木、柃木、普陀樟、密花树等,这些树种主要分布在基岩海岸。
