龙泉菇耳产业与阔叶林资源关系调查分析

摘要

对2006-2010年龙泉市菇耳产量、产值、阔叶林剩余物消耗量和阔叶林资源增长情况进行了调查统计分析,结果表明:龙泉市菇耳生产规模为1.46亿袋/a,消耗资源折合木材12.54万m3;菇农生产菇耳的原材料主要是木材加工企业的阔叶材剩余物(78％)和胸径5cm以下的小径阔叶树(22％);利用本地阔叶林资源为36％,年均消耗阔叶材4.7万m3.从对阔叶林资源的年均采伐量和生长量对比分析,阔叶林资源生长量大于采伐量.当前的菇耳生产规模没有对阔叶林资源造成大的破坏,但也提出应从外地调入阔叶树剩余物菇耳原材料,强化对菇农的服务,鼓励菇农采取下层抚育方式,充分利用小径材和边角剩余材料等措施,以保证龙泉市阔叶林资源得以永续利用.%Investigations were carried out on yield,output value of edible fungi,consumption of residual from broad-leaf and broad-leaf forest resources in Longquan,Zhejiang province from 2006 to 2010.The result demonstrated that annual production scale of edible fungi in Longquan reached 146 million bags,indicating the consumption of 125,400m3 timber.Raw materials for edible fungi production are residual(78％) from wood processing enterprises and small diameter(below 5cm) broad-leaf trees.Local resources for the production occupied 36％,about annual consumption of wood of 47,000 m3.Comparison of annual felling and increment of broad-leaf forest in Longquan resulted that increment was larger than felling.Countermeasures were put forwarded for sustainable development of edible fungi in Longquan,such as buying raw material out of Longquan,encouraging thinning from below,etc.
