乙二醛偶联作用竹炭—壳聚糖复合吸附剂的制备及其在生活污水处理中的应用研究

         

摘要

Bamboo charcoal/chitosan composite adsorbent was prepared with glyoxal as coupling agent and characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR).Experiment was carried out on application in domestic wastewater treatment.SEM and FTIR spectrum demonstrated chitosan well attached to bamboo charcoal,meaningthat glyoxal had good coupling effect.The adsorbent remained the same after domestic wastewater treatment.The experiment indicated that the prepared adsorbent had obvious effect on turbidity,CODcr and ammonia nitrogen,the average adsorption rate reached 25%,78% and 14% after three days treatment.Evident effect on UV254 needed more days,but almost no influence on pH.%以乙二醛为偶联剂作用竹炭负载壳聚糖制备复合吸附剂,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对其特性进行表征,并进行生活污水吸附试验.结果表明:通过SEM和FTIR图谱分析,经乙二醛偶联作用,使壳聚糖负载于竹炭上,并形成丝状物质附着于竹炭导管壁上;乙二醛偶联作用的竹炭—壳聚糖复合吸附剂在生活污水处理中保持原样,对生活污水的浊度、CODcr和氨氮具有较明显的处理效果,平均吸附率分别达到25%、78%、14%;在较长时间范围内,对生活污水的UV254的处理效果较理想,对pH几乎无影响.
