生态建设社会驱动研究--以浙江省杭州市为例

摘要

Ecological construction by social driving in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province was assessed by factor analysis on social statistics from 2002 to 2012. The results demonstrated that two main social drivers for ecological construction in Hangzhou were urban social development and gap between rich and poor. It indicated that social driving force for ecological construction had been enhanced, especially from 2008, promotion of “State Forest City” and “Beautifying Hangzhou” in Hangzhou. Suggestions were offered for better development of ecological construction in Hangzhou, such as opening to private and foreign capital, controlling urban population and urban-rural income gap.%利用杭州2002年至2012年的社会统计数据，通过因子分析法，对其生态建设的社会驱动进行评价。结果表明：杭州城镇社会综合发展程度和社会贫富状况对生态建设的社会驱动力具有重要影响；总体上，杭州生态建设的社会驱动力呈上升趋势，尤其是2008年以来社会驱动力水平高于平均水平，这主要得益于杭州2008年以来提出的创建“国家森林城市”和近年的提出“美丽杭州”建设等社会运动，使得杭州社会各界动员并参与进来，提出杭州可以充分利用外资和民营资本，并适当调控城镇人口，控制城乡收入差距等社会调节措施，推动杭州生态建设。
