拮抗细菌Y13对油茶炭疽病防治试验

         

摘要

Experiment of stands in Songyang and Suichang of Zhejiang tow single factor on prevention and control of Antagonistic endophytic Bacteria Y13 to anthracnose were conducted at adultCamellia oleifera. The results showed that this two single factors played a good role on bio-control of anthracnose. When the concentration up to 1010cfu/mL, Y13 showed the best control effect. And spraying in April and June showed the same bio-control effect. The experiment resulted that high concentration and were the impact bio-control factors.%通过设计2个单因素试验,以施用浓度和施用时间为因素,分别选取3个水平,以防治效果、严重度和Y13对生长影响作为指标,进行单因素方差分析的多重比较。结果表明,两组单因素实验对油茶成林炭疽病均起到了良好的防治效果;当Y13浓度达到1010 cfu/mL时,防治效果最高,炭疽病的严重度最低,叶片生长量最高;4月和6月同时施用使生防效果达到最优,可见高浓度和多次数施用是防治成林炭疽病重要的影响因子。
