盐雾胁迫对7种海岛树种生理特性的影响

         

摘要

Experiments were implemented in November of 2012 on the container seedlings ofCinnamomum japonicumvar. chenii, Neolitsea sericea, Machilus thunbergii,Ilex integra,Lithocarpus glaber,Raphiolepis umbellate andEurya emarginata sprayed by 18‰ salt-mist with 0, 0.5, 1 and 2 hours a day for 35 days. Determinations were conducted on free proline and chlorophyll content and relative electrical conductivity of treated seedling leaves. The result showed that along with duration of stress, proline content ofM. thunbergii,C. japonicumvar. chenii,E. emarginata,N. sericea and L. glaberincreased first, and then decreased, while that ofI. integra,R. umbellatachanged little. Chlorophyll content of treated seedlings topped at the middle stage of the treatment. By the end of the experiment, chlorophyll content ofR. umbellata increased significantly, that ofN. sericea changed little, that ofL. glaber andM. thunbergiidecreased, that of the left species had no evident regular changes. Relative electricity conductivity of I. integraandR. umbellatahad little increase, and that of left tree species had great increase, and topped in the last day of treatment.%2012年11月,采用18‰盐度盐雾喷雾,对普陀樟(Cinnamomum japonicum var.chenii)、舟山新木姜子(Neolitsea sericea)、红楠(Machilus thunbergii)、全缘冬青(Ilex integra)、柯(Lithocarpus glaber)、厚叶石斑木(Raphiolepis umbellata)、滨柃(Eurya emarginata)进行0、0.5、1、2 h/d胁迫试验,连续喷雾35 d,测定游离脯氨酸、叶绿素含量及相对电导率,分析盐雾胁迫对其生理特性的影响。结果表明,随着胁迫时间的增加,红楠、普陀樟、滨柃、舟山新木姜子柯的游离脯氨酸含量积累到峰值后呈下降趋势,峰值或大幅上升出现的时间随着胁迫程度的加深有所提前,而全缘冬青、厚叶石斑木的游离脯氨酸含量的变化相对稳定;各树种叶绿素含量的峰值一般出现在前中期,至胁迫结束,厚叶石斑木叶绿素含量上升明显,舟山新木姜子上升不明显,柯、红楠下降,其他树种无明显规律;全缘冬青和厚叶石斑木相对电导率增幅较小,受试的其他树种增幅较大,最大值出现在胁迫最后一天。
