浙江省森林公园建设管理现状与发展对策

截止2016年底,浙江省已批建森林公园269处,其中国家级39处、省级80处、市(县)级150处,总面积近46万hm2.近些年浙江省采取加大投资力度、强化监督管理、培育旅游精品等措施,取得了提升景观资源、促进生态文明、推动经济发展的成效.但是仍然存在如森林公园的审批和监管缺乏法律法规依据、森林公园开发建设缺乏有效规划、森林公园公共基础设施薄弱等问题.提出了推进法制建设、强化行业监管,规范规划管理、加强顶层设计,重视资源保护、有序开发利用,加大稳定投资、增强森林活力,完善科技支撑、保障人才建设等建议.%By the end of 2016, 269 forest parks in Zhejiang province were licensed to be established, among them, 39 national ones, 80 provincial and 150 urban ones, with total area of 460,000ha. Measurements have been implemented in recent years like more investment, better administration and higher quality tourism product for better scenic resources, ecological civilization and economic benefit. There are challenges such as laws and regulations for approving and supervising forest park, plan for forest park construction, public infrastructure building. Suggestions were put forwarded such as legal construction, industry supervision, planning management, resources conservation, etc.
