Under the background of connotation development, construction of cultural soft power in higher vocational colleges is in favor of making full use of limited resources and highlighting powerful influence of campus culture, and its feature with the functions of emphasizing education, the combination of corporate and profession culture and technology or skill. The culture of education, profession and system are regard as the basic, core and supportive element of cultural soft power in higher vocational colleges.%内涵发展背景下的高职院校文化软实力建设有利于充分利用有限资源，彰显校园文化的强大影响力。其主要特征是突出强调育人功能，将企业文化和职业文化等要素融为一体，突出强调技术技能的提升。高职院校文化软实力评价指标的基础要素为育人文化，核心要素为职业文化，支撑要素为制度文化。
