陕西旅游餐饮现状调查与对策分析

摘要

The catering satisfaction of tourists has a significant impact on the quality of tourism. To learn about the development status of tourism and catering, the writer has done surveys in eight fa- mous tourist attractions in Shaanxi Province, based on the statistics and analysis of the survey results, 6 strategies have been proposed to increase the quality of tourism and catering service, namely service quality of catering must be valued and great efforts must be made on; various government departments must joint together to ensure the food hygiene and safety ; to monitor the price of tourism and catering products; to choose the types of tourism and catering products, making an overall plan.%在调查分析陕西旅游餐饮发展现状的基础上，提出发展陕西旅游餐饮的6条对策，即：必须重视并下大力气提高旅游餐饮的服务质量；多部门联手，确保食品的卫生和安全；对旅游餐饮产品的价格进行监管；对旅游餐饮产品的种类进行选择和整体规划；加大对旅游餐饮产品的宣传。
