A qualitative analysis of a kind of food-predator system with two kinds of groups having harvest rate and with functional response of HollingIII is considered, using ordinary differential equations characterization, stability and bifurcation theory, the quality of the equilibrium is discussed, the Conditions of existence and nonexistence of the limit cycle and the conclusions of research and development in this system are obtained.%对一类两种群均有收获率的具HollingⅢ类功能反应的食饵一捕食系统作定性分析,利用常微分方程定性、稳定性及分支理论,得到此类生物捕食系统平衡点的性态和其极限环的存在、不存在的条件及对其作开发研究的结论。
