以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,利用冰醋酸控制水解的方法制备了二氧化钛(TiO2)拄撑蒙脱石多孔拄撑材料;并对蒙脱石的吸附热力学、动力学以及钛拄撑插层机理作了探讨。结果表明:采用冰醋酸控制水解的方法,钛酸四丁酯可形成羟基多核钛阳离子,实现蒙脱石的拄撑;羟基多核钛阳离子(简称TiOH—S01)柱撑蒙脱石是离子交换为主的化学吸附主控过程,符合二级吸附速率方程。%Using tetrabutyl titanate as tianium source, porous materials of titanium pillared montmorillonite was prepared through hydrolysis oftetrabutyl titanate controlled by glacial acetic acid. At the same time, the absorptive kinetics and thermodynamics of the montmorillonite was investigated. Results showed that the sol of the tetrabutyl titanate hydrolysis controlled by glacial acetic acid was mainly composed of multinueleus hydroxide titanium cation(named asTiOH-Sol), and pillared into the galleries of montmorillonite through absorption. The pillaring of the TiOH-Sol into montmorillonite was ion exchange process dominated by chemical absorption, and followed the second order absorption rate equation.
