The Boltzmann constant is accurately measured by the relational features of diffusion current and the voltage for semiconductor P-N Junction.Under the different temperature environment,the experiments carried out several measurements.The data is anlysized using linear fit method and the measured results are compared.The range of temperature and voltage are given for accurately measurement.The experiment is useful for reference to the related experiments about the Boltzmann constant measurement.%运用半导体的PN结扩散电流与电压关系特性,精确地测量了玻尔兹曼常数。实验选取了不同的温度环境进行多次测量,对数据进行线性拟合处理,对测量结果进行比较,给出精确测量时的温度及电压范围。该实验对玻尔兹曼常数测量的相关实验有一定的借鉴作用。
