摘要

People in Qin State had a tradition of highlighting traffic.The management of the roads to Sichuan manifested particularly the success of people in Qin State in traffic building for the ultimate accomplishment in politics and military.The roads to Sichuan joined central Shaanxi and Sichuan,i.e.＂land of plenty＂,which was a requisite for the unification by Qin State.The communication through roads to Sichuan became a long-term basis for the unification of the empire by means of the preponderance in both economic and cultural zones.%秦人有重视交通的传统。而蜀道的经营，尤其显著地表现出秦人以交通建设促成政治军事进取条件的成功。蜀道连接了关中和蜀地两处“天府”，为秦的统一准备了条件。西部地区因蜀道的沟通，以经济文化区域的突出优势，长期成为统一帝国的基础。
