锻炼行为理论从不同的角度对个体锻炼行为进行解释、预测，指导锻炼行为，促进健康。衍生于自然环境科学的生态学模型强调个体与环境的关系，注重行为与环境的相互作用。分析国内外体育活动领域生态学模型的研究现状，对锻炼行为生态学模型的提出、内涵、以及研究新进展进行分析。建议针对我国当前的实际情况，创新锻炼行为影响因素与健康促进相互作用的社会机制和制度，营造促进各群体锻炼行为的生态环境，构建适合我国各群体发展的锻炼行为生态学模型。%Physical activity theories explain ,forecast and guide the physical activities from different perspectives .Ecologi-cal model derived from natural environmental science emphasizes the relationship between the individuals and the environ-ment .This article aims to reveal the origin ,content and development trend of the ecological model of physical activity both in China and abroad so that social mechanics and ecological environment beneficial to the construction of ecological model suited for different groups of people taking physical exercises .
