'火焰'茶条槭休眠期种子辐射处理对其幼苗的影响

         

摘要

In order to induce mutant plants, different doses of 60Co-γ-rays were used to treat the seeds of Acer ginnala'Flame'during dormant period, and the leaf color and chlorophyll of the seedlings after germination were observed.Effects of photosynthetic and fluorescence characteristics.The main results were as follows:in summer, there was no significant difference in chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, chlorophyll total amount, carotenoid content and anthocyanin content between the radiation treatments and the control.In autumn, the chlorophyll a content and total chlorophyll content of each radiation treatment decreased to the lowest in 20 Gy treatment, and the difference was significant (P<0.05) compared with the control, and in autumn, the content of chlorophyll a and the total chlorophyll content in each radiation treatment decreased to the lowest.The content of carotenoid reached the lowest under 20 Gy radiation treatment, which was 44.62% lower than that of the control, and the difference between the two groups was very significant (P<0.01).In autumn, the contents of anthocyanin in leaves of 60 Gy and 200 Gy radiation treatments were 36.68% and 70.59% lower than those of the control, respectively, and the difference was very significant (P<0.01).The light saturation point (LSP) and apparent quantum efficiency (AQY) of the leaves reached the maximum at 20 Gy radiation treatment, while the optical compensation point (LCP) decreased to the lowest at 20 Gy radiation treatment.Diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration rate (Tr) in seedling leaves The (Gs) diurnal variation of stomatal conductance and the change of stomatal conductance were all"single peak"curves.There was no significant difference in Fv/Fo value, Fv/Fm value, ABS/RC value and DIo/RC value between the two groups, but the Fo value was the highest at 200 Gy, and the TRo/RC value was very significant (P<0.01) at 100 Gy and 200 Gy radiation treatment.The ETo/RC value reached the maximum under 100 Gy irradiation and there was significant (P<0.05) difference from the control.Conclusion:low dose (20 Gy) radiation can enhance the photosynthetic ability of leaves of Acer ginnala'Flame'during dormant period, and the radiation dose is too high (100-200 Gy) inhibited leaf photosynthesis.%为诱导产生突变植株,利用不同辐射剂量的60Co-γ射线对'火焰'茶条槭休眠期的种子进行辐射处理,并观测辐射处理对种子萌发后实生幼苗的叶色及叶绿素、光合特性及荧光特性的影响.主要研究结果如下:在夏季,各辐射处理叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素含量、花色素苷含量均与对照无显著差异;在秋季,各辐射处理叶绿素a含量和叶绿素总量均在20Gy处理时降到最低,且均与对照差异显著(P<0.05);在秋季,类胡萝卜素含量在20Gy辐射处理时达到最低,比对照低了44.62%,与对照差异极显著(P<0.01);在秋季,60Gy和200Gy辐射处理时,各辐射处理叶片的花色素苷含量比对照分别低了36.68%、70.59%,与对照差异极显著(P<0.01);叶片光饱和点(LSP)和表观量子效率(AQY)均在20Gy辐射处理时达到最大,而光补偿点(LCP)在20Gy辐射处理时降到了最低;实生幼苗叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化、蒸腾速率(Tr)日变化以及气孔导度(Gs)日变化均为"单峰"曲线;与对照相比,Fv/Fo值、Fv/Fm值、ABS/RC值及DIo/RC值差异不显著,Fo值在200Gy时最大,达到极显著(P<0.01)差异,TRo/RC值在100Gy和200Gy辐射处理时与对照差异极显著(P<0.01),ETo/RC值在100Gy辐射处理时达到最大且与对照达到显著(P<0.05)差异.低剂量(20Gy)辐射'火焰'茶条槭休眠期种子,可以增强叶片的光合能力,过高的辐射剂量(100-200Gy)抑制了叶片的光合作用.
