Taking the Neosinocalamus affinis stands at Leshan city of Sichuan province as the materials, the water content and biomass distribution characteristics of culms at different ages were studied. Considering that the biomass of Neosinocalamus affinis was affected by the culm age, the mathematical fitting model between the biomass and DBH, height under branch and height of the culms of 1 year old, 2 years old, 3 years old, 4 years old and 5 years old were constructed respectively. The results indicated that the water content in culm showed the tendency of decrease with the increase of age and culm height. The biomass of culm decreased from the base part to the shoot. The biomass models established in accordance with the multiple liner regression and power function fitting could estimate the biomass of different age culm provided with the determination data of different growth parameters.%在对不同秆龄的慈竹竹秆的含水率与生物量分配特征进行研究的基础上,依据慈竹竹秆的生物量主要受其秆龄的影响而分别构建了不同秆龄,即1年、2年、3年、4年、5年秆龄慈竹竹秆生物量与其秆的胸径、枝下高、全高等生长因子的拟合数学模型.研究结果表明,慈竹竹秆的含水率随其秆龄及秆高的增加而呈下降趋势;竹秆生物量从秆基到秆稍而逐渐降低.经多元线性回归和幂函数拟合而构建的生物量模型可依其竹秆各生长因子的测定数据来估算不同秆龄慈竹竹秆的生物量.
