液化天然气接收站海水泵房取水工艺设计

         

摘要

为充分满足LNG接收站生产需求,保障接收站取水系统连续稳定、安全高效运行,取水工艺设计应充分考虑当地水文特性、泥沙淤积等自然条件,按近远期结合的原则,合理确定取水口及自流箱涵数量及形式.并根据循环泵的特点及要求布置流道和泵室,确定合理的尺度.结合工程造价、施工条件及方便检修等因素进行统筹设计.设计方案应通过物理模型试验进行验证.文章结合工程实例,对取水口、流道和泵室不同形式组合的平面布置方案进行了对比分析,对海水泵房竖向布置设计要点进行了论述,提出三根自流管取水、独立流道和泵室的方案.%In order to meet the production requirement of LNG receiving stations and ensure the continuous, safe and efficient operation of water intake system, the natural conditions such as local hydrological characteristics and sedimentation should be fully considered in the water intake process. The amount and form of intake and gravi-ty flow box culvert should be confirmed reasonably on the basis of combining the short term and long term situations of project generally. The reasonable scale and distribution of the inflow runner and pump room should be combined with the characteristics and requirements of the circulating pump. The project cost, construction conditions and the convenience of maintenance should also be designed totally. The design scheme should be verified by physical mod-el test. With the engineering examples, the layout scheme of different forms of water intake, inflow runner and pump chamber were compared and analyzed in this paper, and the main points of vertical layout design of seawater pump house were also discussed. The program of three flow tubes, independent flow and pump room has also been present-ed in this paper.
