基于结构方程模型的ICT对旅游体验影响研究

         

摘要

With the development of ICT, tourist's experience becomes rely on geographic information about tourism destina-tion. Taking tourists from nanjing as a case, this paper analysis and confirms that tourism experience can be seen as a part of the everyday experience as geographic behavior exhibited on a day-to-day basis is found to have an effect on tourism experience. The paper also find that the everyday experience's dimension include spatial knowledge and spatial experience , as well as tourism experience's dimension include destination experience, en-route experience and overall experience. The results have followed as:①ICT influences people's local experience. People get geographic sense and experience based on ICT. ②Tourism experience is influenced by ICT notably including destination experience, route experience and overall tourism experience. Through ICT, tourists not only locate destination but acquire geographic knowledge. ③Everyday experience influences tourism experience notably thr-ough the use of ICT.%随着ICT的应用发展,旅游者对旅游地体验的内容和质量越来越依赖于地理信息。本文以南京旅游者为例分析了ICT对日常体验和旅游体验的影响,通过维度分析和结构方程模型的构建,对日常体验和旅游体验的关系进行了实证研究。日常地理体验包括空间知识和空间体验两个维度,旅游地理体验包括旅游目的地体验、旅游路线体验和整体旅游体验三个维度。研究结果证明:①ICT的使用在日常生活的基础上影响人们地方体验的各个方面。通过使用ICT,人们获取必备的空间知识从而形成地理感知和地理体验。②ICT对旅游体验的形成具有显著影响。ICT影响旅游者的目的地体验、路线体验和整体旅游体验。旅游者通过使用ICT,不仅帮助他们确定目的地的位置,还帮助他们通过认知和互动产生地方归属感。③通过对ICT的利用,旅游者日常生活中获取的地理知识对其旅游体验具有积极影响。
