本研究以辽宁纺织行业产业集群为例，利用Hamel(2000)所提的经营模式理论为基础，以探索性研究方法来探讨产业选择集群、产业形成原因与企业经营模式的关联性。本文先从理论上探讨了集群效应与企业经营模式的关联性，构建并界定了产业集群效应和企业经营模式相关变量，以此为基础结合辽宁纺织产业收集的问卷进行了实证研究。通过研究发现：企业经营模式以提升原材料供应便利性程度变项为第一优先考虑；产业集群形成构面与企业经营模式构面下各因素具有预测对方能力及相互解释能力。研究结果还发现产业集群能提升企业整体经营效益，所以产业选择集群、产业形成原因与企业经营模式具有关联性。本文通过辽宁省纺织行业来探讨产业集群与企业经营模式的关联性，这对于快速成长中的中国经济进一步挖掘产业集群促进产业经济内生性的成长会有非常大的帮助。%Taking Liaoning textile industry clusters for instance, this study is to probe into exploratory research on the relevance of enterprise management model to industrial cluster and industrial formation on the basis of the management model theory put forward by hamel. The paper first discusses the relevance of the cluster effect and the business model in theory, construct and defines the industrial cluster effect and the business model variables, based on the empirical study with Liaoning textile industry to collect questionnaire. Through the study found: enterprise management mode in order to improve raw material supply convenience degree variable is the first priority, formation of industrial cluster dimensions and enterprise management mode under the dimensions factors has forecast each oth-er's ability and their ability to explain. It can be found industrial cluster can improve the enterprise overall benefit by analyzing the data results. Therefore, industry choice clusters and industry formation reasons is relevant to enterprise management model. The paper dis-cusses the relevance of industrial cluster and enterprise management mode through textile industry in liaoning province. It will have a very big help for further mining industry clusters promote industrial economic endogenous growth in China.
