新一届政府把城镇化的发展道路提升为国家战略层面。而目前我国实际城镇化水平并不高，与发达国家的城镇化率相比仍存在较大差距。城镇化的快速发展离不开金融的支持，文章拟通过对我国金融发展与城镇化的相互关系文献进行梳理，分析金融支持城镇化的作用机制，找出我国城镇化进程中金融支持存在的问题及面临的挑战。现有的金融体系、结构、产品及服务水平与我国快速发展的城镇化存在明显的错位。新型城镇化建设不是孤立的工程，而是一个系统工程，需要不同产业、不同行业以及相关业态链条的协作配合和大力支持。金融支持首当其冲，金融的作用就是高效有序地实现资金融通，没有金融支持的城镇化是不可能实现的。随着中国城镇化进程的加快，研究此进程中金融的支持问题，对稳步推进我国新型城镇化具有重要的理论和现实意义。最后文章提出从政策扶持、金融体系、服务范围、金融产品、机构协同发展等角度构建健康有序的金融服体系有利于更好地支持我国新型城镇化建设进程。%The new government enhances the development path of urbanization to a national strategic level. But compared with the rate of urbanization in developed countries, the current level of China's urbanization is not high and there is still a wide gap. The rapid development of urbanization is inseparable from the financial support, so the paper combs on the relevant literature of the relationship between China's financial development and urbanization, analyzes the mechanism of how finance supports urbanization and identifies the problems of financial support and challenges appeared in the urbanization process in China. Existing financial system, structure, product and service levels have obvious dislocation with the rapid development of China's urbanization. The new urbanization projects are not isolated, but rather a systematic project, they need the support of different industries, different industries, and collaboration with relevant formats chain. Financial support to bear the brunt of urbanization and it plays an important role in achieving efficient and orderly financing. It is impossible to achieve urbanization without financial support. With the accelerated process of urbanization in China , studying the issue of financial support has important theoretical and practical significance for steadily promoting urbanization. In the last part, the paper suggests that viewing from such aspects as policy support, financial systems, services, financial products and the coordinated development of institutions to build a healthy and orderly financial services system so as to better support China's new urbanization.
