创新视角下高技术企业绩效影响因素实证分析

摘要

High technology enterprise is the national wealth creation system, in order to effectively explore the impact factors for influencing the innovation performance of high tech industry enterprises, based on sample data of the listed high tech enterprises, this paper proposes the performance theoretical model of high technology enterprise innovation consisting of the proposed asset factors , talent factor, management factor, technology factor and so on, to construct the index system of high technology industry enterprise innovation performance by using the method of grey fuzzy clustering theory. This paper analyzes the inherent relationship between the factors of high technology industry enterprise performance from innovation perspective, and gain the weight that asset factors of high-tech enterprise, talent management factors, technical factors and so on for influencing the innovation performance of high tech enterprises by adjusting the weights of different factors which can effectively improve the performance level of high technology enterprises. Finally , on the basis of the conclusion of the study, this paper provides suggestions to enhance the performance level of high technology enterprises from the investment, patent technology and talent repects which have important reference significance for the development of high-tech companies.%高技术企业是国民财富的创造体系，为有效探求影响高技术产业企业创新绩效的影响因素，文章基于已上市的高技术企业样本数据，提出了资产因素、人才因素、管理因素、技术因素等的高技术企业绩效理论模型，构建了高技术产业企业创新绩效因素指标体系，运用灰色模糊聚类理论方法，系统分析了创新视角下高技术产业企业绩效影响因素的内在关系，报告了高技术企业资产因素、人才因素、管理因素、技术因素和科技因素等多种控制因素对高技术企业创新绩效的影响的权值，通过调整权值可以有效提高高技术企业的绩效水平。最后，依据研究的结论，从投资、专利技术和人才角度给出提升高技术企业绩效水平的建议，文章研究结论对高技术产业企业绩效水平的提升具有重要的参考意义。
