基于企业绩效贡献的管理创新成效评价

         

摘要

Management innovation plays an increasingly important role in enterprise development, and how to evaluate the effect-iveness of enterprise management innovation quantitatively is a major issue. Based on Equal Efficiency Production function , this paper firstly formulates a common model for measuring the effectiveness of enterprise management innovation using Solow Residual Method , and then it establishes a specific model for measuring the effectiveness of management innovation of grid enterprise combined with the characteristics of the grid enterprises, and it carries out an empirical study taking State Grid as an example. According to the study, we draw the following conclusions: It is necessary for us to measure the contribution of management innovation on enterprise performance quantitatively. There are many factors affecting business performance, external factors of companies may also become an important productivity. Management innovation plays an important role in the performance growth of grid enterprise. External environmental factors have a great impact on the grid enterprise performance. The traditional technology and capital investment factors have a great impact on the performance growth of the grid companies, but the role of labor input elements is limited.%管理创新在企业发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,量化测度企业管理创新成效是一个重要难题。文章基于等效益面生产函数,采用索洛余值法构建了一个通用企业管理创新成效测度模型,继而结合我国电网企业特点研究建立了针对电网企业的管理创新成效测度模型,并以国家电网公司为例展开实证分析。通过研究得出:量化测度管理创新对企业绩效的贡献非常必要;影响企业绩效的因素很多,企业重要外部环境因素也可能成为生产力;管理创新在电网企业绩效增长中发挥了重要作用;外部环境因素对电网企业绩效存在较大影响,传统的技术和资本投入因素对电网企业绩效增长作用重大,但是劳动投入要素的作用有限。
