In this context , by viewing the status of the global big data industry, it is not difficult to find that the developed countries have incorporated the big data into the national strategy and have accelerated the layout of the big data. The big data chain is more complete and market prospects are broad. The reason why big data has an important strategic position is that the data has become a key factor in promoting modern social and economic development.
