基于TOPSIS法优选地下储气库设计方案研究

         

摘要

随着天然气在我国能源消费中的地位不断升高,中国的天然气消费量逐年攀升,为防止再次出现“气荒”现象,最有效的方法就是进行天然气储备,而储备的最佳方式就是建设天然气地下储气库。天然气地下储气库的建设,根据参数指标的不同建库方案可以有多种选择,如何进行优选是需要解决的关键问题。文章在研究分析了储气库设计方案主要指标的基础上,提炼出方案评价的关键考核指标,提出了一种基于TOPSIS法和层次分析法的优选储气库设计方案模型,在对现有的储气库最优化设计方案现状进行全面分析后,把TOPSIS法和层次分析法综合用于储气库最优设计方案的选择评价,并通过实证分析表明了该方法的合理性和可行性,结果通过多指标评价确定方案四为最优储气库设计方案,评价结果与实际比较相符,设计工作者可根据掌握的信息资料和评价标准来更加合理地确定最优的设计实施方案,对实践具有现实的指导意义。%With the importance of gas in China's energy consumption continues to rise, China's natural gas consumption has increased steadily. To protect the country's natural gas energy security, the most effective way is to build the underground gas storage of natural gas reserves. There are several options concerning the construction of the underground natural gas storage, based on different parameter index. So how to optimize the options is the key issue to be resolved. Based on the analysis of the main index of the gas storage design options, this thesis extracts the critical assessment indicators of program evaluation and proposes a model to optimize the gas storage design options on the basis of TOPSIS method and AHP. After the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the gas storage optimization design options, the TOPSIS method and AHP are comprehensively used to select and evaluate the best gas storage design. Empirical analysis shows the rationality and feasibility of this solution. The results demonstrate that the option four is the best one after a multi-index evaluation. The result is relatively consistent with the actual condition. Designers can determine the optimal design and implementation of programs more reasonably based on available information and evaluation criteria, so it has realistic significance for the practice.
