In the new economic normalcy, the motive force of enterprise has been transformed from element-drive to innovation-drive and invest-drive. Less manpower makes the population quality dividend in tradition disappearing , and the demographic quality has become the new motive drive for economic development. From the perspectives of enterprises, firstly, the concept about employee in dividend and its features are defined; then the courses of employee intelligence dividend are analyzed , which came up with the config-uration of employee in dividend in releasing system, focusing on the aspects in building innovation phenomenon, constructing system of undertaking. Finally, some consequences are confirmed that the release of employee intelligence dividend is a systemic engineer, which should pay attention to different types, developing stages and the construction of error management mechanism in organization. Mor-eover, some aims are about the union goals of organization and staffs to create more choices for employee advice. Besides, it should focus on the impeding function to employee intelligence dividend from the inappropriate behavior of leaders.%新常态下,企业的发展动力从要素驱动和投资驱动转变为创新驱动,劳动力的减少使得传统意义上的“人口数量红利”逐渐消失,“人口质量红利”成为新的经济增长驱动力。文章从企业层面出发,首先界定了员工智能型红利的概念及其特征,然后对员工智能型红利的来源进行分析,重点从营造创新氛围、构建事业合伙人制度、完善创新导向的绩效考核体系、加强领导力建设四个方面提出员工智能型红利释放系统的构建。最后,文章指出员工智能型红利的释放是个系统工程,要注意区分不同类型和不同发展阶段的组织并加强组织差错管理机制的建设;注意统一组织和员工间的目标,并创造更多员工建言的机会;防止领导的不当督导行为对员工智能型红利释放的阻碍作用。
