全球化意味着分布式创新。分布式创新作为一种新兴的技术创新模式，已被许多跨国公司和大型企业积极运用和实践。国内外学者从理论和实践层面对分布式创新进行了研究和探讨，产生了许多有价值的研究成果。文章基于对国内外分布式创新研究文献的收集和整理，从分布式创新的涵义和特征、分布式创新过程、分布式创新网络、分布式创新的组织和管理、分布式创新的知识治理等方面对分布式创新研究成果进行了综述，指出了研究的不足以及未来研究的重点和方向。研究结果有利于增进国内学者对分布式创新的理解和认识，对指导我国企业分布式创新实践具有重要的理论意义和借鉴价值。%Globalization means the distributed innovation. Distributed innovation, as a new innovation model, has been actively used and practiced in multinational companies and large enterprises. Many domestic and overseas scholars have been researching about distributed innovation from theoretical and practical aspects , and have acquired many valuable researching achievements. Based on the collecting and collating the literatures of distributed innovation domestically and overseas , there is a review of distributed innovation ab-out meanings, characteristics, innovation process, innovative network, organization, management, knowledgeable management and etc. The result points out the limitation in existing literature, like the research focus and trends in future. The aim of this review is to help domestic scholars enhance to understanding and be aware of distributed innovation. Also , it helps the enterprises' to guide distribution innovation practice, and contains important theoretical significance and reference value.
