This paper analyzed population urbanization influence mechanism of entrepreneurship from the perspective of agglomer-ation, population flow and social enterprise, not only the view of agglomeration, and then verified the effect of population urbanization with panel data collected from 31 provinces from 1997-2015 based on discussing the stationary of data, endogenous and omitted varia-bles. The conclusion showed that population urbanization has significant positive effects on entrepreneurship in our country although the effect maybe inverse U-shape. So in general, population urbanization has significant positive effects on entrepreneurship. At the same time, classification research results showed that the effect of urbanization away from home on entrepreneurship is bigger than local urbanization and we should pay more attention on urbanization away from home.%文章从集聚、人口流动以及社会企业三方面对人口城镇化影响创业的机制进行论证,并在充分考虑数据平稳性、内生性以及遗漏变量的情况下利用全国31个省市1997-2015年的面板数据进行了检验.结论表明,虽然理论上人口城镇化对创业的影响可能呈倒U型,但在我国目前仍主要为正向影响.就城镇化的异质性对创业的影响而言,无论是就地城镇化还是异地城镇化均对创业有显著正向影响,但这种影响存在差异性.异地城镇化由于其人口多样性特征更为突出,其对创业的影响更大一些.这一结论表明在人口城镇化过程中,从创业的角度而言,应多关注来源人口的多样化,对异地城镇化人口给予鼓励和支持.
