生态伦理与利益相关者视角下制药企业社会责任建设

摘要

制药企业生态伦理建设不仅关系人民群众的生命与健康,还关系到制药产业的健康、持续与和谐发展.制药企业伦理建设的实质是制药企业作为复合生态系统的基本单位,切实承担起维护利益相关者的利益和保护生态环境的责任.文章在对西方生态伦理与社会责任理论进行梳理和评述的基础上,深入分析了制药企业加强伦理建设、履行社会责任的现实意义.制药企业作为社会公民承担着道义、责任与使命,需要树立"良心、良知、良能"等良善价值观.文章从生态伦理与利益相关者视角,运用复合生态系统理论构建了制药企业社会责任体系,这对促进制药企业实施生态工程是非常必要的.文章指出,制药企业应该树立生态伦理与社会责任意识,从而形成"认知→感化→接受→自觉"的社会责任推进模式,促进我国制药业的良性、健康、持续发展.%Ecological ethics construction of pharmaceutical enterprise is not only related to people life and health, but also related to the pharmaceutical industry healthy, sustainable and harmonious development pharmaceutical industry. The essence of its ethic con-struction is that pharmaceutical enterprise which works as the basic unit of complex ecosystem should take the responsibility of safeguar-ding stakeholder's interests and protecting the eco-environment.The essay makes a literature review of the western eco-ethics and social accountability, and analyzes the practical significance to strengthen ethic construction and execute social accountability in pharmaceuti-cal enterprise.The pharmaceutical enterprise, as the social citizen, is taking social morality, responsibilities and mission, thus, should set up good values of conscience, intuitive knowledge and ability.Therefore, from the perspective of ecological ethics and stakeholder, social accountability system is constructed, which is very necessary to promote the implementation of eco-engineering for pharmaceutical enterprise.It requires the pharmaceutical enterprise to establish the eco-ethics and social accountability ideology, and then to set up the mode of "cognition→affection→acceptation→consciousness", so as to enhance the positive, healthy and sustainable development of pharmaceutical enterprise.
