民间借贷信用体系的构建分析——以地方金融改革为视角

民间借贷信用体系是民间金融建设的基础工程。然而，现有的民间借贷信用体系却是不完善的。国务院就建立地方金融改革试验区的政策将成为构建此信用体系的强大推动力。在此契机下，应当重点从信用的投放、信用信息的开放与服务和信用风险的监管与控制三个方面构建民间借贷信用体系。%Private lending credit system is the foundation of informal finance. However, the existing pri- vate lending credit system is imperfect. The State Council' s policies of the local financial reform pilot area will become a powerful impetus to build this credit system. In this opportunity, the emphasis on building the private lending credit system should be the credit delivery, the opening and services of the credit in- formation, the control and supervision of credit risk.
