直线工况轴重对轮轨磨损影响的试验研究

         

摘要

采用模拟试验方法,在试验室内模拟不同轴重货车运行于60 kg/m直线PD-1钢轨情况,研究轴重对轮轨磨损的影响。试验结果表明,25 t轴重时,车轮和钢轨的磨损率均明显大于21 t和23 t轴重时的磨损率,因此,在我国现行铁路标准下,将货车轴重由21 t提高到25 t是不适宜的。%The railway wagon with different axle-loads running on 60 kg/m PD-1 tangent rail is simulated in laboratory, and the effects of axle-load on the wear of wheel and rail are analyzed. Experimental results show that the wear ratio of wheel and rail under 25 t axle-load is obviously larger than that under 21 t and 23 t axle loads respectively. So, under the present railway standard, it is not appropriate to increase the axle-load of railway wagon from 21 t to 25 t in China.
