航运战略联盟构建模型

摘要

In order to study the factors which affect the strategic shipping alliance construction, the essence and types of strategic shipping alliance are analyzed qualitatively and systematically on the basis of study and analysis of strategic alliance theory. The structure-culture-risk factors are combined with the process of strategic shipping alliance construction. The theoretical model of strategic shipping alliance construction is built, and a case is provided. The study shows that the model has some guiding significance for the strategic shipping alliance construction.%为研究影响航运战略联盟构建成功的因素,在战略联盟理论研究分析的基础上,对航运战略联盟的内涵和类型进行较为系统的定性分析.将结构、文化和风险等因素与航运战略联盟构建的过程相结合,建立航运战略联盟构建的理论模型,并进行案例分析.分析表明,该模型对航运战略联盟的构建具有一定的指导意义.
