不同杠铃重量下运动员抓举技术运动学特征的研究

         

摘要

With the weightlifting technology Real -time diagnostic feedback and evaluation system based on Kinec device,this paper has analyzed and studied the Chinese elite male weightlifters snatch technique when they lift different barbell weight in the process of training.Studies found that 1)Snatch barbell weight and the maximum barbell height was negatively correlated,the established barbell weight -the maximum height curve can be used for evaluating athletes strength level and monitoring fatigue conditions.2)The snatch force technique of elite athletes is relatively stable, having formed a stable dynamic stereotype;force position will not change due to the change of bar-bell weight.3)The slope of barbell weight -maximum speed curve can be used as the index to e-valuate the athletes'fast strength ability in the process of training,namely with the increase in the weight of the bar,the slower decreased barbell maximum speed means that athletes fast strength a-bility is stronger.4)Barbell weight has a great influence on athletes'transition technique,and with the barbell weight increase,athletes'transition time ratio,barbell rising height ratio increased.%运用基于 Kinec 举重技术实时诊断反馈与评价系统,对中国举重队现役优秀男子举重运动员训练过程中试举不同杠铃重量时的抓举技术进行分析与研究。研究发现:1)运动员抓举杠铃重量与杠铃最大高度呈高度负相关,建立的杠铃重量-最大高度曲线可用于运动员专项力量水平的评价和疲劳状况的监测。2)优秀运动员抓举发力技术比较稳定,已经形成稳固的动力定型,不会因杠铃重量的变化而改变发力点位置。3)训练中可以用杠铃重量-最大速度曲线斜率作为评价运动员快速力量能力的指标,即随着杠铃重量的增加,杠铃最大速度下降越慢说明运动员快速力量能力越强。4)杠铃重量对运动员引膝技术影响较大,随着杠铃重量的增加运动员引膝阶段的时间比、杠铃上升高度比增大。
