采用文献资料与逻辑分析法，对英国足球产业成功要素进行解析。足球俱乐部既是区域社区的骄傲，又是区域社区的形象代表。对球迷支持者来说，在区域社区兴建比赛场地设施，不仅是为他们提供观看欣赏足球赛事的场所，还是一个开放交流的中心。不仅如此，区域社区又是俱乐部的发展生存之基石，俱乐部的健康发展不仅促进了区域的经济、社会福祉、教育、体育多方面的发展进步，也吸引更多的球迷支持者观看欣赏足球赛事，同时投资购买俱乐部上市股票，间接参与俱乐部的管理运营工作，促进其组织管理水平不断提升与完善。比赛场地、球迷支持者、区域社区三者相辅相成，相互制约，构成了英国足球产业成功三要素。%Based on references combined with logical analysis,the success factors of British football industry are analyzed and the results demonstrate that the football club is not just the pride of region-al community and also its representation.In the opinion of fan supporters,the construction of venue facilities in the areas of regional community is not only to provide places watching football,which al-so could be an open exchange center.Furthermore,regional community is the cornerstone of the survival and development of the club.The healthy development of the club not only promotes the progress of region economy,social welfare,education,physical education in many aspects,but also will attract more fan supporters watching football match.Meanwhile,the management of the club op-eration involved in indirectly through the investment to buy the club stocks could promote the contin-uous improvement of management level.Therefore,the venue,fan supporters and regional commu-nity complement each other,restrict each other,and together constitute the successful three ele-ments of British football industry.
