网球双反技术身体姿态的运动学分析

         

摘要

This study selects 10 national -level players of two -handed backhand stroke as research subjects,obtains 3D pictures of movement process and ball speed while the players are employing double backhand stoke technique by using 2 Sony cameras of HDR -HC5 mode,and introduce kine-matic analysis of stroke technique of body posture and ball speed by applying video image analysis system.The results show that 1)The players adapt to the height of shot by adjusting the angle of an-kle joint and knee joint;2)the players bend the knee of driving leg to lower the center of gravity in racket preparation period while raise the center of gravity in rotating shot period by shifting forward the ankle joint of driving leg and stretching the hip joint of supporting leg;3)the extension of shoul-der and elbow angle of the force exerting arm can increase the effective rotation radius of racket head;4)players can improve the potential energy reserves of body rotation and increase racket force by controlling the angle between shoulder and hip.%选取10名国家一级双手反拍网球运动员作为研究对象,采用两台型号为 HDR -HC5的日产 SONY 摄像机对其双手反拍击球技术运动过程与球离拍速度进行三维拍摄,并利用视讯图像分析系统对击球技术身体姿态与球速进行运动学分析。结果表明:1)运动员是利用调整踝、膝关节角度大小来适应击球点的高低的;2)运动员双反击球上步引拍阶段重心降低是通过蹬地腿屈膝实现的,而转体击球阶段主要以蹬地腿踝关节蹬伸前移重心、支撑腿伸髋提高重心;3)网球双反击球发力臂的肩、肘角在转体击球阶段都变大可以增大拍头的有效转动半径;4)运动员可以通过控制肩髋角实现提高身体转动的势能储备与增大球拍打击力。
