跑台运动对生长期大鼠骨小梁超微结构的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To provide theoretical data for bone -invigorating exercise,we studied the effect of three slopes of treadmill exercise on femoral ultrastructure in growing rats.Methods:Two -month -old male Sprague -Dawley (SD)rats (n =20)were randomly divided into 4 groups:1 control group and 3 treadmill running groups including level -running group(0°),downhill -run-ning group (-8°)and uphill -running group(8°).Three treadmill exercises were performed at 25 m /min,training1 h /day,5 days/wk,for 12 wk.Then all rats were sacrificed 24 hours after the end of final exercise.Femurs were harvest,and Micro -CT scanning was performed on cancellous bone for microstructures.Results:Compared with the control group,parameters such as volume fraction (BV /TV),trabecular thickness (Tb.Th)and trabecular number (Tb.N)of femur cancellous bone from the exercise groups were increased,while bone surface area and bone volume (BS /BV) and trabecular bone pattern factor (Tb.Pf)were decreased.And trabecular separation (Tb.Sp) tended to decline in all groups except uphill -run one.Conclusion:At the same time and same run-ning speed,level running contributed to increase the number of trabecular bone,and downhill running conduced to increase the thickness of trabecular bone than uphill running.%目的:探讨三种坡度的跑台运动对生长期大鼠股骨超微结构的影响,为运动健骨提供理论依据。方法:20只2月龄 SD 雄性大鼠随机分成对照组、水平跑组、下坡跑组(坡度-8°)和上坡跑组(坡度8°)。运动组大鼠以25 m /min 运动,50 min /d,每周5 d,共12周。训练结束后剥离大鼠股骨进行 Micro -CT 扫描,对骨松质骨微结构相关参数定量检测。结果:与对照组相比,各运动组大鼠股骨松质骨骨体积分数(BV /TV)、骨小梁厚度(Tb.Th)及骨小梁数量(Tb.N)均增加;骨表面积和骨体积比(BS /BV)、骨小梁模式因子(Tb.Pf)均下降;骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)除上坡组略升高之外,其他各组均有下降趋势。结论:在运动时间和跑速相同的情况下,水平跑利于增加骨小梁数量;下坡跑比上坡跑利于增加骨小梁厚度。
