我国职业体育劳资关系政府规制:逻辑与路径

         

摘要

职业体育的发展史也是一部职业体育劳资关系演进史。从职业体育劳资关系管理模式演进及其规律的阐述出发,在对我国职业体育劳资关系政府规制的学理逻辑和现实逻辑进行论析的基础上,认为我国职业体育劳资关系管理模式革新的政府规制在学理和现实逻辑上都是成立的,并提出了几点政府规制策略,即加强制度性规制,推动职业体育劳动力市场有序发展;完善法规性规制,建立健全相关法律体系;重视社会性规制,积极促成球员工会的组建。%The history of professional sports development is also the history of professional sports la-bor relations management model evolution.From the analysis of the management model evolution and its'laws,and based on the analysis of the dilemma of Chinese professional sports labor relations management model innovation,it is deemed that government regulation on the management model innovation is valid both academically and realistically.Some regulation strategies were suggested, including promoting the development of professional sports labor market orderly;establishing and perfecting law system of professional sports labor relations;promoting the establishing of the players'association actively.
