运用文献分析法、专家访谈法，并结合自身的实践体会，剖析擒拿秘籍《九重天》中《总诀》《无极诀》《阴阳诀》《三才诀》和《四象诀》的破译方法；彰显擒拿秘籍《九重天》在擒拿技术和理论中的显著价值。%The methods of document analysis and expert interview are adopted, with the help of the authorˊs own practice experience, to make a deep analysis on the decoding of The General Secret, The Secret of Wuji, The Secret of Yin and Yang, The Secret of Sancai, and The Secret of Sixiang in the Qin Na Nine Heaven Secret Text, with a view to prove and highlight the great value of The Nine Heaven Secret in terms of Qin Na techniques and theories.
