论我国社会体育指导员的培养

摘要

The need for recreational sports director is becoming more and more along with the mass sports. It is necessary to exploit its training way, strengthen the training capacity of university and make the director to be an occupation. Mean while, we should train different kinds of director to meet the various need from society. It is important to establish and perfect the management system of recreational sports in order to give full play to director.%随着全民健身运动的发展，对社会体育指导员的需求量越来越大，应拓展其培训途径，加大高校培养的力度，并将其确定为一种职业。同时，根据社会的需要培养不同类别的社会体育指导员。要建立健全我国社会体育组织管理体制，以保障充分发挥社会体育指导员的作用。
