对湖南省高校体育俱乐部现状与发展的研究

摘要

通过对湖南省部分高校体育俱乐部开设现状的调查研究，认为体育俱乐部是一种适合当前我国高校现状的体育教育形式，值得推广；资金短缺、体育教师知识结构的缺陷、项目开设的不完善是当前高校俱乐部存在的主要问题；强化俱乐部的管理机制是俱乐部发展的关键所在。并提出了相应的对策。%This essay has investigated and analysed the eurrent situation of sports clubs of ordinary universities in hunan.the result show that the form is good,there are some problems among them such as short of funding,limited structure of knowledge, and imperfect sports items. Where the shoe pinches is managerial mechanism of the development. Some strategies regarding these problems were put forward in the paper.
