全民健身公共服务标准化研究

摘要

在全民健身国家战略背景下，通过研究全民健身公共服务标准化的意义，探索全民健身公共服务标准化的范围，并从公共服务活动逻辑和要素两个层面，分别对全民健身公共服务标准类型进行划分，提出标准化工作的基本要求，最后指出应重点依托国家政策法规，健全组织机构，强化服务认证管理优化，推行人力资源战略管理，加强标准宣传、制定与实施以及评估监督机制，完善信息化服务平台等主要保障措施。%Under the background of the national strategy of national fitness, by studying the significance of national fitness public service standardization, the author probed into the scope of national fitness public service standardization, and in terms of public service activity logic and elements, respectively classified national fitness public service standard types, put forward basic requirements for standardization work, and lastly, put forward the following main assurance measures: based on national policies and legislations, complete the organizational structure; intensify service certifica-tion management optimization; carry out human resource strategy management; strengthen standard promotion; estab-lish, implement and evaluate the supervision mechanism; perfect the informationalized service platform etc.
