加强胜利油田基层党员干部作风建设的思考

Grassroots Party members and cadres are a strong guarantee for sustainable development of grassrootsParty branches.The grass-roots Party members and cadres'work style now mainly have such problems as inadequate spirit in re-sponsibility shouldering,not strong in implementation and execution,inadequacy in pioneer demonstration and setting examples. In orderto improve and strengthen grassroots Party members and cadres'work style construction,we muststrengthen the exem-plary role of the grass-roots Party members and cadres,and make efforts in innovating the grassroots Party organization work methods and content.%基层党员干部是推动基层可持续发展的坚强保障。当前基层党员干部作风方面主要存在着勇于负责、敢于担当的精神不足，落实力、执行力不强，先锋示范、模范带头作用不够等问题，要加强基层党员干部作风建设，就必须在强化基层党员干部模范带头作用、创新基层党组织工作方法内容上下功夫。
