Traditional cultures such as friendliness,good-heartedness and benevolence are the value foundation of socialism friendliness.The Communist Party of China constructed series of new Chinese characteristics friendliness concept like class friendliness,citizen friendliness,etc.in the process of revolution and construction,which constitute the modern concept of friendliness,and then the expression way of"friendliness"was established.Value content of friendliness focuses on solidarity, mutual aid,trust,caring and tolerance.Respecting the traditions,creating and seeking to meet the spiritual needs of the people and innovating practice forms are the Party's accumulated historical experience in the friendliness nurturing practice.They are the resource base of adapting to the new normal practice of cultivation and refining their qualities when friendliness has been i-dentified as the socialism core values.%友、善、仁等传统文化内容是社会主义友善的价值根基。党在革命与建设中建构起的中国特色的阶级友善、公民友善等一系列新的友善观组成了现代友善观，“友善”这一价值表述方式得以确立，并以团结、互助、信任、关爱和宽容等为价值内容重点。尊重传统、大胆创造、追求满足人民的精神需要和不断创新实践形式等党在友善培育实践中积累的历史经验。友善是基础性价值，友善的实现是社会主义核心价值观的社会和国家层面实现的基础。
