对企业廉洁文化渗透力的思考

摘要

To strengthen the construction of Party working styles in enterprises,we must strengthen the enterprise honest cultural construction,develop the enterprise incorruptible culture penetration,penetrate the honest education actively and strengthen enterprise incorruptible culture's unity function;penetrating the integrity,system construction,strengthen the enter-prise incorruptible culture cohesion function;penetrating the ideological style construction,strengthen the enterprise honest cul-tural booster function.For Party members and cadres in the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,keep on clean from the enterprise culture containing values,ethics,and thinking mode of civilization and enlightenment,better to establish a good image of the Party members and cadres,promoting enterprise reform and development.%加强企业党风廉政建设，必须强化企业廉洁文化建设，切实发挥企业廉洁文化的渗透力，积极向廉政教育渗透，强化企业廉洁文化凝心功能；向廉政制度建设渗透，强化企业廉洁文化聚力功能；向思想作风建设渗透，强化企业廉洁文化助推功能。让企业党员干部不断从企业廉洁文化所包含的价值观念、道德准则和思维模式中得到教化和启迪，更好地树立党员干部的良好形象，助推企业改革发展的顺利进行。
