油田是一个点多面广、布局分散、没有围墙的特大型企业，其原油生产地域广、链条长、风险点多，易受破坏和攻击，打孔盗油(气)、开井盗油、盗窃油区物资等违法犯罪活动依然存在。因此，油区治安整治必须围绕“践行严细实，全力创效益”主题活动，就油区治理进行创新。油区治安整治的创新点：以深化机制、统筹合力为重点，应对治安新形势；以精细管理、夯实根基为支撑，强化治安新举措；以牵头把总、整合资源为统领，适应治安新常态；以立足岗位、从严从实为保障，激发护卫新活力。%The Shengli Oilfield is an extra-large enterprise without adequate and effective protection which has broad area and dispersed layout.Many criminal activities such as drilling or opening well to steal oil and steal materials in the construction site still exist on the wide-ranged,complicated and vulnerable production chain.Thus,the public security regulation in the oil field must follow the core of"Strict Implementation and Pursuit of Efficiency",and try to be bold in putting things into practice and blazing new trails.There are some innovation points in this improvement,we must achieve strengthened capital manage-ment,optimized long-term layout and further systematic reform to cope with the new situation.Strengthening security meas-ures with the support of management and pragmatic foundation is also necessary.Last but not the least is to adapt to the new normal of security with the guild of overall layout and integrate resources.In this way can we stimulate the new vitality of secu-rity by fulfilling our duties and providing adequate protection.
