目的 了解三级医院PICC置管护士对PICC相关知识的认知情况,并探讨其影响因素.方法 采用问卷调查法,对广东省58家开展PICC技术的三级医院491名PICC置管护士行PICC置管及日常维护相关知识测试.结果 PICC相关知识测试总分(20.43±2.75)分,4.7%不合格,25.1%合格,70.2%良好;年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、首次置管时的职称、每年置管例数、参加再培训的频率及首次培训是否通过考核共8个因素是置管护士PICC相关知识掌握情况的独立影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 三级医院PICC置管护士PICC相关知识掌握不佳,知识掌握情况受年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、年置管例数及参加培训情况等多重因素影响.%Objective To understand PICC-rclated knowledge of PICC nurses in Class Ⅲ hospitals in Guangdong Province and to explore its influencing factors. Methods By cluster sampling. 491 PICC nurses in 58 Class Ⅲ hospitals in Guangdong Province were surveyed with a descriptive research questionnaire. Results The total score of PICC-related knowledge was 20.43±2.75, and 4.1% of the nurses failed in the PICC test. The factors including age, education background, professional title, professional title at the first lime they inserted PICC, working experience, amount of inserting PICC per year and training exerted impact on the knowledge of PICC nurses (P<0.05). Conclusion In general, PICC nurses lack PICC-related knowledge, and it is influenced by numerous factors.
