Objective To understand the influence of different styles of parent-child interaction on life satisfaction and psychological health of patients with cleft lip and palate (CLP) and to provide reference for psychological health education. Methods With random sampling, 43 CLP adults and 38 non-CLP adults were investigated, the result of which was analyzed with correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results There were significant differences between CLP patients and non-CLP patients in two variables:alienation and horror; There was positive relationship among self-disclosure, parent-child trust, communication, alienation and life satisfaction (r=0.353～0.525, P＜0.01) while there was negative relationship between depression and self-disclosure (r=-0.350, P＜0.05).Meanwhile, alienation had negative predicted effect on depression and interpersonal sensitivity and trust had negative predicted effect on anxiety. Conclusion Trust and alienation in parent-child interaction exert negative predicted effect on anxiety, depression, and interpersonal sensitivity. Various psychological nursing should be offered to CLP patients.%目的 了解唇腭裂患者的亲子交往方式对其生活满意度、心理症状的影响,以及唇腭裂患者与非唇腭裂患者在这些方面的差异,为促进唇腭裂患者的心理健康提供理论依据.方法 采用方便随机抽样法,对43例成年唇腭裂患者和38例非唇腭裂患者进行问卷调查,比较两组间得分的差异;采用相关性分析、回归分析法研究各变量间的关系.结果 (1)两组在亲子交往方式疏离感和恐怖得分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);(2)自我表露、亲子交往方式各维度(信任、沟通、疏离)与生活满意度呈正相关(r为0.353～0.525,P＜0.05);除外沟通与人际关系敏感、焦虑的r值无统计学意义,亲子交往方式各维度与人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑呈负相关(r为-0.738～-0.377,P＜0.01);抑郁与自我表露呈负相关(r=-0.350,P＜0.05).(3)亲子关系疏离感对抑郁、人际关系敏感有负向预测效应(P＜0.001),亲子关系信任对焦虑有负向预测作用(P＜0.001).结论 唇腭裂患者亲子交往方式、自我表露与心理症状、生活满意度之间存在明显相关关系,亲子交往中的信任、疏离感对焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感有负向预测作用,唇腭裂患者需要得到更多的心理方面的辅导,以培养良好的社会适应性.
