从文献分析看我国《护理教育学》课程改革的现状与思考

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the starus quo aud problems of curriculum reforms of Nursing Education in China and provide refrences for its further study.Methods Teaching research papers on reforms of Nursing Education from CBM, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP were collected with the principle of systematic review.These papers were systematically analyzed from the perspective of publication year, teaching objective, teaching methods, teaching contents, and teaching effects, etc.Results Altogether 16 articles were involved in the study, fourteen of which aimed at undergraduate teaching.There were no great differences in curriculum setting and content of Nursing Education at different educational levels and further improvement was needed.Conclusion The course objective and course content of Nursing Education should differ at different educational levels and further nursing education program should be developed.%目的 了解我国<护理教育学>课程改革的现状与问题,提出进一步改进和完善的策略.方法 按照系统评价的原则制定检索策略,根据纳入排除标准,检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和维普数据库,收集我国<护理教育学>课程改革的教学研究类论文,从论文发表时间、教学对象、课程设置、内容安排、教学方法、教学效果等方面,系统分析目前我国<护理教育学>课程改革的现状与问题.结果 最终纳入文献16篇,14篇针对本科教学,本科、专科、研究生课程设置和教学内容差异不大,在护理教育人才培养方面的教学效果不够明显.结论 我国<护理教育学>在不同层次教育对象中课程设置区分度不明显,建议根据不同培养目标,增加不同教学内容,并借鉴国外护理教育项目提高课程在培养护理教育人才方面的影响.
