临床实习男护生职业认同感调查及影响因素分析

         

摘要

Objective To understand status quo of professional identity of male nursing students, to analyze its influencing factors and to promote the development of vocational nursing education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey 65 male nursing students practiced in 6 hospitals of Guangdong Province. Results The total score of professional identity was 104.36± 13.64, and the score of frustration coping was the highest while that of cognitive evaluation the lowest. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that reasons to choose nursing as the major was the main influencing factor of professional identity (P<0.05).Conclusion Professional identity of male nursing students is at average or lower level. Nursing managers and educators should strengthen the cultivation of male nursing students' emotional value and pay more attention to students' professional development.%目的 了解临床实习男护生职业认同感现状,分析影响其职业认同感的因素,进一步促进护理职业教育的发展.方法 在参考"护士职业认同评定量表"的基础上,自行设计调查表,对在广东省6所医院临床实习的63名男护生进行职业认同感调查.结果 本组临床实习男护生的职业认同水平中等偏低,总分(104.36±13.64)分;职业认同感5个因子中,职业挫折应对得分最高,职业认知评价最低.多因素逐步回归分析结果显示:临床实习男护生职业认同的影响因素为选择护理专业原因(P<0.05).结论 临床实习男护生职业认同水平中等偏低,因自己兴趣而选择护理专业的男护生职业认同水平较高.护理管理者及教育者应加强实习男护生情感型价值观的培养,提升男护生的价值,重视其职业发展规划的制定.
